Refund & Cancellation Policy

A- For Online (Live) Lessons (One-to-One or Group Lessons)

When you book a group lesson, we guarantee that your lessons will start through consultation with you on the scheduled date.

When you book one-to-one online lessons, we’ll meet with you to ensure that your lessons start on the scheduled date.

One-to-One lessons usually begin within 10 business days.

When you purchase a one-to-one online course, if we can not start your course within 15 working days, which is normally scheduled to start within 10 working days,we will be paid  to you at the end of 15 working days.

For GROUP COURSES purchased, classes begin with at least 4 students in a group and we ask you to wait until your next start date if the number of students can not be attained in a group. If you are not able to start your course, we will refund you to your full payment on your bank / credit card upon demand within 6 weeks of the date you purchased your course.

If we are unable to start the course prior to the three course start date (within 6 weeks of the day you purchased your course), we will refund the full amount paid to your bank account / credit card, upon your request.

When you purchase a Single Course Online, if we are unable to start your course within 15 working days, which is normally scheduled to start within 10 working days, you will pay at the end of 15 business days upon your request.

We do refund the full amount to your bank account / credit card.

When the lesson starts within 15 business days in individual lessons and within 6 weeks in group lessons, the conditions for “cancellation and refund” apply below.

 

 

 

Cancel a purchased course and semester (courses)

1. – If you request cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled start date of the course, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
2. If you request cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled course start date, 90% of your payment will be refunded.
3. If you request cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the course, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If you wish to cancel for any reason after the start of the course/lessons, it will be considered that you have accepted the following provisions:

1. A) – From the moment you purchase an online course, you are entitled to legal withdrawal of 2 lessons

If you cancel two days before the date of purchasing the course, 10% of the total fees you paid will be deducted, in addition to the lessons fees that you took from us, the commission fees received by banks, and the stock payment system will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

1. B) – If you want to cancel the course you have purchased after two days of training, your legal right to withdraw will expire, so the fees for the courses you have taken will be deducted from the total amount you paid, and the VAT and KGV shares will be deducted at 28% of the total The amount you paid (VAT and KGV are taxes that are paid to the country), and finally 50% of the remaining amount is deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to you within 15 working days.
2. C) The aforementioned 50% is deducted from you to compensate for the loss of the company

However, if you request cancellation due to any obligation (in the case of force majeure) even two days after the lesson after the start of the course, and you do not want to incur any loss, you can freeze your registration. In this case, your registration is not deleted and you are expected to hear from you for 3 months for the remaining courses after the courses you have taken, You can start the course again with another suitable group within 3 months. If you are waiting for an individual lesson, then the lesson will start on a convenient day. After 3 months from the date of cancellation, if there is no change in your status, your right to take the remaining courses will cease. VARNA ACADEMY does not guarantee that a suitable set will be opened for you within the three-month period.

We may ask you to inform the case of force majeure! If you are unable to complete your lessons within the specified waiting and freeze period.

Then the conditions for canceling the course will be applied and the remaining fees will be refunded according to this condition.

If you decide to cancel VARNA ACADEMY courses only due to technical malfunctions caused by VARNA ACADEMY, such as the VARNA ACADEMY program system not working (such decisions are made by administrative procedure and cover only system and system administration) then all money paid by you will be refunded.

All possible factors such as internet connection, student (client) computer, computers such as microphone, headphone etc. are excluded, other than the VARNA ACADEMY system, and VARNA ACADEMY cannot be held responsible for these situations. The student is obligated to prove the technical problems he encountered in writing in a picture or video

About lesson planning, rescheduling of appointments and providing private lessons in online learning!

1. A) For group lessons: For group lessons, you must follow and attend all of the scheduled lessons that you have purchased. There is no right to be absent from group classes. You are considered to have attended and completed the courses that you did not attend. However, if you miss a lesson due to an illness or accident or other force majeure, you can take individual lessons at a reduced price to make up for that lesson. 1. B) For online (video recording) courses, (online practical / educational materials and online self-study packages

1.) When purchasing indirect but online software such as Matrix 9 CAD Design, Video Tutorials, and Matrix GOLD Tutorials, we guarantee support during these lessons. These courses are the programs that we provide to you on our website, our servers and connected to the Internet.

2-) When you pay us for the products mentioned here, you will be deemed to have accepted the cancellation and return conditions set out below.

When you join our training video package, you agree that you have tried and liked the demo lessons that were opened to try and learn about the system for free and were submitted to our experience, and that you made a purchase with this awareness.

According to Consumer Protection Law No. 4077, audio or visual recordings (video, DVD, CD, cassette, etc.), printed products (book, magazine, etc.), software and computer consumables are products that do not apply right. Pulled it. However, VARNA ACADEMY still gives you the right to withdraw.

1. A) – You have the right to withdraw for a period of 24 hours from the date you purchased the product by completing the payment. If you wish to cancel the service 24 hours before its completion, 20% of the total price you paid will be deducted and the remaining fees will be refunded. But this right of return and withdrawal is only limited to an unused training package.

When you purchase a training package and open this training, that product is now a used product and the cancellation and refund terms below apply.

1. B) – If you want to cancel the training package after 24 hours, there is no refund regardless of use or not! Please measure and plan accordingly!

Evacuation responsibility

VARNA ACADEMY does not take into account any fees the student claims to have paid for any course or subject, and bank records are taken into account in payments and, when necessary, against payments. No amount is paid to the student except for the conditions mentioned above.

In addition, VARNA ACADEMY, which works securely with SSL, cannot be held responsible for any damages that the student may suffer due to the various web pages advertised in VARNA ACADEMY, the SSL program, banks, and the money transfer process, and these reasons are not directly related to VARNA ACADEMY! Disputes and court

In the event of any dispute between VARNA DANIŞMANLIK EĞİTİM ORGANIZASYON LİMİTED ŞİRKET, who owns the trademark VARNA ACADEMY. And between the buyer in accordance with this contract, VARNA ACADEMY declares that it will do its best to solve a problem that can be tried with good intentions and transparency, and provide the solutions and sacrifices necessary to meet at a common point by protecting consumer rights on global human values.

However, if the solution to the problem reaches the court stage, the buyer (the student) accepts and declares that the Istanbul Consumer and Commercial Courts will be responsible.
