Date of contract:

Cash price for the service / course:
The cash price of the course / service is included in the invoice sent to the buyer along with the invoice form and mailed product at the end of the order
Annual interest
According to the laws of the Turkish Republic, the interest is determined at a rate not exceeding 30% annually, in any case deducted from the buyer’s balance.
Payment Amount:
The advance payment amount for the course / service is included in the invoice sent to the customer along with the invoice form and mailed product at the end of the order.
Payment plan:
If the buyer purchases by credit card and in several installments, the installment method chosen from the site is valid.
In installment transactions, the relevant provisions of the contract signed between the buyer and the cardholder’s bank shall be in effect. The credit card payment date is determined according to the terms of the contract between the bank and the buyer. The buyer can also track the number of installments and payments from the bank statement sent by the bank.
Acceptance and approval:
When the buyer pays for the order presented on the site, he is considered to have accepted all the terms of this contract. The seller is obligated to make the necessary arrangements for the program to obtain confirmation that this contract has been read and accepted by the buyer before the order is fulfilled.

İş bu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcının Satıcıya ait web sitesinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği, sözleşmede bahsi geçen nitelikleri haiz ve yine sözleşmede satış fiyatı belirtilen kurs/hizmetin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 4077 sayılı Tüketicilerin Korunması Hakkındaki Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Uygulama Esas ve Usulleri Hakkında Yönetmelik hükümleri gereğince tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin saptanmasıdır. Alıcı, satışa konu kurs/hizmetlerin temel nitelikleri, kurs fiyatı, ödeme şekli, teslimat koşulları vs.
satışa konu kurs/hizmet ile ilgili tüm ön bilgiler ve “cayma” hakkı konusunda bilgi sahibi olduğunu, bu ön bilgileri elektronik ortamda teyit ettiğini ve sonrasında kurs/hizmeti sipariş verdiğini iş bu sözleşme hükümlerince kabul ve beyan eder. https://varnaacademy.com.tr/sitesinde ödeme sayfasında yer alan tutar ön bilgilendirme ve alıcıya gönderilen fatura iş bu sözleşmenin ayrılmaz parçalarıdır.
- SÖZLEŞME TARİHİ:
Satıcı tarafından daha önce imzalanmış bulunan iş bu iki nüsha sözleşme alıcı tarafından tarihinde imzalanarak kabul edilmiş ve bir nüshası alıcının mail adresine mail gönderilecektir.

SÖZLEŞMEYE KONU kurs /HİZMETİN ÖZELLİKLERİ:
kurs/hizmetin ders sayısı, Abonelik süresi/ ve tüm vergiler dahil satış bedeli https://varnaacademy.com.tr/adlı web sitesindeki kurs tanıtım sayfasında yer alan bilgilerde ve iş bu sözleşmenin ayrılmaz parçası sayılan faturada belirtildiği gibidir.
kurs/HİZMETİN PEŞİN FİYATİ:
kurs /hizmetin peşin fiyatı sipariş sonu mail atılan örnek fatura ve ürün ile birlikte müşteriye gönderilen fatura içeriğinde mevcuttur.
VADELİ FİYAT:
kurs /hizmetin satış fiyatına yapılan vadeye göre fiyatı sipariş sonu mail atılan örnek fatura ve ürün ile birlikte müşteriye gönderilen fatura içeriğinde mevcuttur.
FAİZ:
Her yıl Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Hükümetinin belirlediği faiz oranından ve her halde % 30’dan fazla olamaz. Alıcı çalıştığı bankaya karşı sorumludur.
PEŞİNAT TUTARI:
kurs /hizmetin peşinat tutarı sipariş sonu mail atılan örnek fatura ve ürün ile birlikte müşteriye gönderilen fatura içeriğinde mevcuttur.
ÖDEME PLANI:
Alıcının, kredi kartı ile ve taksitle alışveriş yapması durumunda siteden seçmiş olduğu taksit biçimi geçerlidir. Taksitlendirme işlemlerinde, alıcı ile kart sahibi banka arasında imzalamış bulunan sözleşmenin ilgili hükümleri geçerlidir. Kredi kartı ödeme tarihi banka ile alıcı arasındaki sözleşme hükümlerince belirlenir. Alıcı, ayrıca bankanın gönderdiği hesap özetinden taksit sayısını ve ödemelerini takip edebilir.
YETKİLİ MAHKEME:
İş bu sözleşmeden kaynaklanabilecek ihtilaflarda, Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığınca ilan edilen değere kadar Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, belirtilen değer üstüne Tüketici Mahkemeleri; bulunamayan yerlerde Asliye Hukuk Mahkemeleri yetkilidir
YÜRÜRLÜK
ALICI, Site üzerinden verdiği siparişe ait ödemeyi gerçekleştirdiğinde işbu sözleşmenin tüm şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılır. SATICI, siparişin gerçekleşmesi öncesinde işbu sözleşmenin sitede ALICI tarafından okunup kabul edildiğine dair onay alacak şekilde gerekli yazılımsal düzenlemeleri yapmakla yükümlüdür
